I believe in slowing down time, even for a moment, so you remember what is important in life. Creating an environment to highlight the candid moments expressing their personality for you to cherish for generations. Don't forget to capture your teens and grads too! Child/ teen/grad sessions will be held on location or in my Chilliwack home studio.

Step 1: The Session Fee

$200

Full payment of the session fee is required to secure your booking. Booking fees are non-refundable.

The Session fee includes:

-Planning appointment with personalized styling

-Use of our client wardrobe collection and props

-Portrait session in-studio or on-location

-The editing and enhancing of your purchased images

-Post-session viewing and ordering appointment to choose your final artwork

-Gallery wall installation at your home for custom wall art

All artwork and digital images are purchased separately from your session fee. To give you an idea, my packages start at $650 and include a beautiful wall art piece and a selection of digital images that you personally choose.

Step 2: Consultation

This is a time for us to get to know each other and dream up portraits made just for you. The consultation answers ALL your questions, from what to wear, to how images will be displayed in your home, color design, location planning, and the look and feel of the session. We will discuss all the specifics, and you will handle samples in person, so you see what types of artwork fit best into your lifestyle and home.

Step 3: The Session

It's the day of your child's photo session, a chance to celebrate their growth and vibrant personality. Throughout our time together, I'll capture all the unique and precious moments that define your child. These sessions are about preserving those heartwarming smiles, giggles, and spontaneous expressions that make your child who they are. We're here to create timeless memories, ensuring you have beautiful photos to cherish for years to come.

Step 4: Choosing Images and Products

After your images are prepared, we will meet for your viewing and ordering session. We'll watch a slideshow (tissues provided;), and after choosing your favorite images, we will work together to design the heirloom artwork. Using my state-of-art software and photos of the spaces in your home, I will show your portraits scaled onto your walls. I will guide you every step of the way using your goals from the consultation to achieve your vision.

Step 5: Product Creation and Delivery

Your frames, albums and prints are created to the highest standard. All albums come with two revisions to ensure the layout is perfect for your family.

Once created we arrange to-the-door delivery of your beautiful products. And if you need help with hanging items - I can even do that too.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best ages to capture?: All of them, from newborn to teenagers! Don't miss out on your growing child's every moment! Of course there are some big ones in there lives: kindergarten, Kindergarten grad, Missing teeth, hobbies and passions, birthdays, Elementary school Graduation, High school Grad, prom etc.
Where do the photography sessions take place?: I offer both Chilliwack studio sessions and outdoor shoots in Chilliwack, Hope, Agassiz, Yarrow, Abbotsford and Mission (anything beyond these areas there is a travel fee.) You can choose the location that best suits your child's personality and your preferences.
How long does a typical kid photography session last?: The duration of a session can vary depending on the type of photography and the age of the child. Generally, sessions can last from 45min to 2 hours.
What should my child wear for the photography session?: I recommend comfortable and age-appropriate clothing. Feel free to bring multiple outfits to capture different looks during the session. I can provide more guidance based on your specific needs.
What happens if my child is uncooperative during the session?: Kids can sometimes be unpredictable. I am skilled at working with children and will do my best to make the session fun and engaging. I have a few tricks up my sleeve! I am patient and understanding, and we'll work together to get the best shots.
